Mentoring is a relationship of mutual learning between two people with the goal of professional and personal development focusing on offering guidance using one’s advice, insight, and experience.
This guidance takes into account the mentees personal passions, skills, motivations and aspirations. Research has shown 96% of mentees were able to apply their learnings directly to their careers, and 75% of executives say mentoring plays a key role in their careers. Mentor relationships have been shown to improve communication skills, reduce turnover, build confidence, and achieve many more sustainable results.
In this webinar, Jennifer Pecor, MSMOB will define the phases and benefits of mentoring relationships and explain how each phase is critical to the success of the partnership.
