Master of Business Administration

Dear Colleague,

Benedictine's MBA program draws professionals from all walks of life. Our MBA students share a desire to challenge themselves and to grow as individuals as well as professionals. By emphasizing both theory and practice, the power of ideas, a strong general management perspective, and academic rigor, the Benedictine MBA Program provides you with a lasting foundation for leadership and prepares you for current and future opportunities in your professional life.

The mission of the Benedictine MBA program is to provide business professionals with a collaborative educational experience that imparts superior, practical knowledge and management skills; enables learners to analyze complex, real-world business problems and implement best practices, and instills a sense of personal commitment to improve the responsible, strategic leadership of organizations.

Benedictine's MBA students have an average of 10 years of experience, and are already successful professionals who bring knowledge and skills from diverse industries - technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, finance, government services, law, health care, and other private and nonprofit backgrounds. The student community includes not only individual contributors, managers and executives, but also doctors, lawyers, scientists, engineers, and consultants.

The Benedictine MBA program will inspire you, broaden your perspective, and enhance your professional skills. Through the Benedictine MBA program you will build an enduring foundation of knowledge that will serve you well in leadership roles throughout your career.

We look forward to an exciting time of learning together.
