mission of the Benedictine M.B.A. Programs is to provide business professionals
with a collaborative educational experience that imparts superior, practical knowledge
and management skills; enables learners to analyze complex, real-world business
problems and implement best practices, and instills a sense of personal commitment

The
Benedictine M.B.A. Program is an individually-paced, evening and weekend M.B.A.
program that is designed to provide maximum flexibility in curriculum and scheduling
for busy people with an interest in management roles. The beautiful, accessible,
and growing 118-year old Benedictine campus in Lisle, Illinois provides the setting
for all MBA classes.
The Benedictine M.B.A.
Program is now celebrating its 30th year. More than 2,500 M.B.A. alumni call Benedictine
their alma mater. M.B.A. graduate students today enjoy a selection of more than
65 M.B.A. courses and may elect to concentrate in one of 13 topic areas, ranging
from Financial Management to International Business to the newest kid on the block--E-Commerce
Management.
In addition, M.B.A. students are encouraged to take elective
courses in sister graduate programs, including the Masters of Science in Information
Management (M.S.M.I.S.) Program, the Masters of Science in Management and Organizational
Behavior (M.S.M.O.B.) Program, and the Masters of Public Health (M.P.H.) Program.
For the energetic and motivated student who wishes to gain expertise in two disciplines,
the increasingly popular Dual Degree Programs (M.B.A./M.I.S., M.B.A./M.O.B., and
M.B.A./M.P.H.) are available.
For those professionals
looking to expand their knowledge in a specific area there are 7 certificates.
Certificates are offered in the areas of accounting, business administration,
financial management, operations management, marketing & entrepreneurship.
Benedictine M.B.A. Program instructors are seasoned full-time and adjunct
faculty members who are carefully selected for their experience in, and commitment
to, the education of motivated adult learners. All instructors have earned their
master or doctorate degrees or both and possess expertise in their specific disciplines
within the scope of the M.B.A. Program curriculum. The M.B.A. curriculum
addresses the needs of business professionals by providing a comprehensive exposure
to all the elements essential for running their organizations well. The curriculum
consists of sixteen courses of which thirteen are required and three are elective.
