Kathleen Buchman, Ph.D., serves as senior vice president of organization
and leadership development for Wheaton Franciscan Services, Inc.
Buchman is responsible for executive development and succession
planning, design and implementation of values-based 360° feedback
for leaders, establishment and monitoring of development plans
for leaders, the systemwide employee opinion survey, the systemwide
diversity initiative, learning management, and alignment of development
activities for all levels of employees.
Buchman joined WFSI in 1986 and since that time she has served
in various positions including human resources administrator and
corporate director of human resources. Buchman is a registered
organization development consultant. She serves as adjunct faculty
at Benedictine University and is a member of the Academy of Management,
the Organization Development Institute, and the American Society
for Training and Development.
