Certificate Program Overview
In addition to the M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior,
the program also offers several certificate programs. The certificate
programs at Benedictine University are an excellent way to get
started on your degree or just gain that extra edge in your profession.
Designed to meet the growing need for effective, cutting-edge
management skills, our programs are always being updated to reflect
the current job market.
Our exceptional faculty - the same who teach in our degree programs
- bring their experience to the classroom. Their approach to teaching
and working with the diverse needs of adult learners and their
commitment to excellence are hallmarks of our graduate programs.
Some students choose the certificate programs as a shorter, more
focused alternative to a graduate degree program. Others, who
may already have an advanced degree, enter the program seeking
an update or a new area of specialization.
Still others use a certificate program as a short-term goal, with
a general intent to apply the certificate credits to a degree
program at a later date. Students seeking a certificate are not
required to submit an application for degree-seeking status, which
means you can start taking classes right away. Regardless of your
personal goals, a certificate program has many general benefits.
These programs help students increase their career mobility and
the level of their professional achievement, as well as influence
the organizational culture in which they work. We are very proud
to offer all our certificate programs on-site. Our faculty members
have worked with some of the world's leading organizations, such
as McDonalds, John Deere, Motorola, U.S. Postal Service, and University
of Chicago to enhance their development needs. If your organization
is interested in partnering with Benedictine University, please
contact Therese Yaeger.
