Connie S. Fuller has been a member of Benedictine University's
adjunct faculty since 2000. She is currently a Senior Organization
Development Consultant at International Truck and Engine Corporation
(Navistar) in Warrenville, IL. Connie teaches courses in Strategic
Change, Labor Relations, and Special Topics in OD.
Prior to joining International Truck and Engine, Connie was Manager
of Human Resources at AG Communication Systems, a subsidiary of
Lucent Technologies. She has also worked for HRI-Wilson Learning,
Ball Seed Company, Regis University, and Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
Connie has adjunct affiliations with Webster University and Northern
Illinois University, as well as with Benedictine.
Connie's special areas of interest include self-managed teams,
leadership development, and diversity with an emphasis on generational
differences and women in the workplace.
