Have taught various IT and management classes in both the Management
and MBA schools for 25 years. These include programming, and P.C.
tool courses. I currently teach Technology Management in both
schools and Strategic Management in the Management school.
During 35 years with Lucent Technologies, began by developing
large-scale systems in support of telephone systems. Move into
various aspects of managing computer development, including the
development of products for sale to major customers. Move into
product management where I managed the development of a data product
development and other major product lines. Became the product
manager for the development of the new Technical Support business.
After retiring from Lucent, spent 3 years in consulting working
with Audio codes in the creation of their Technical Support Business
and then with E.H. Wachs to implement a new enterprise wide system
to replace their existing software.
