Dr. Richardson has over 24 years experience in the human resources area. Most recently, she was Senior Director of Human Resources for McDonald's Corporation overseeing an organization with over $3 billion in revenues. She has consulted with human resources professionals and Managing Directors in the US, Korea, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.

Dr. Richardson received her PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University, her MS in Management Science from Binghamton University and BA in Elementary Education from Rowan University (formerly Glassboro State College.)

Dr. Richardson holds professional memberships in the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Organization Development Network (ODN), Academy of Management (AOM), National Association for African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), Chicago Organization Development Institute (CODIC) and Empowering Women Network (EWN).

Dr. Richardson serves as Secretary for the Board of Managers of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boys & Girls Club of Chicago. She serves as an Adjunct Professor at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta service sorority and the Naperville Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers with the Community Career Center in Naperville, IL.
