Nancy Voss, president of Voss Consulting, Inc., has over 20 years'
experience consulting to individuals, groups and organizations.
She designs and facilitates large and small conferences and workshops
that help people engage in meaningful dialogue, gain new understandings
and create system-wide change. She works with corporations, nonprofits,
professional organizations and community groups, and has facilitated
international, multicultural forums for change in Europe and the
Middle East.
She teaches Process Consultation as well as Large Group Interventions
and High Performance Work Systems in the graduate OD program at
Benedictine University, where she has been an adjunct faculty
member for approximately 15 years.
