Welcome to the Benedictine M.S.M.O.B. Program

In this competitive and complex age, organizations are dependent
on managers who can achieve exceptional performance through creating
high commitment and effectively managing human resources.
Competence in the "human side of enterprise" including
global interdependence, workforce diversity and the management of
change, has become the hallmark of excellent managers and leading
edge companies.
The M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior at Benedictine
University is recognized locally, nationally and internationally
as a leader in providing education toward managing the human side
of organizations.
From our commitment to experiential learning, our internship program,
and our Contemporary Trends in Change Management Lecture Series,
our program seeks to develop skills and build career competencies.
Our program has demonstrated responsiveness to the needs of our
students and the marketplace.
Faculty members combine strong academic backgrounds with extensive
practical experience and reputations to build a program that values
human dignity, worth and needs in the workplace. Benedictine's
program fosters collaborative faculty-student relationships aimed
toward achieving a common goal: learning to create and sustain
excellence in management.
Sincerely,
Peter
