The Human Resources Management certificate program prepares human resources professionals, as well as new and experienced managers, for a constantly evolving workplace by focusing on the fundamental issues related to employee recruitment, training and retention strategies, employee relations, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and employment law. (Courses are offered fully online via D2L.)
Students pursuing this as a certificate program take six, three-credit-hour courses; students adding this as a Bachelor of Arts concentration complete four courses.
