Congratulations to you as you complete the final requirements that will make
you a member of the 2008 graduating class of Benedictine University. Here is
a brief list of dates you will want to remember. Please visit our Website (www.ben.edu/commencement/)
for more detailed information, ordering your class ring, personal announcements,
pictures and video of the ceremony, etc.

" Ben Central will be available to handle financial obligations

Remember all financial obligations, including graduation
fees and library obligations, must be settled prior to pick-up of your cap
and gown.
If you cannot attend the ceremony and want your cap and gown you need to
come in to pick it up at the Grad Fair. |

Due to the intimate nature of the convocation along with space constraints
attendance at the ceremony is limited to two guests per participant. |

Report to your robing room assignments in Scholl Hall by 9:00am: AABA in 217,
MAED and MED in 139, MBA and MCP in 138, MPH and MSCLEXPH in 106, MOB, MIS,
MSNW and PhD in 110.
The ceremony is expected to last about two and one half hours. A large crowd
is expected, and conditions may be somewhat uncomfortable, particularly if the
weather is warm. In case of a thunder storm the ceremony will be delayed. Please
plan accordingly. Guests in need of handicap seating should be aware that it
is a long walk from the handicap parking lot to the seating area. The ceremony
will be viewable on closed TV in the Krasa Presentation Room, Fireside Lounge
and 2nd floor dining room.
Attention graduates: DO NOT USE CELL PHONES DURING THE CEREMONY
