To All Commencement Convocation Participants:

During the Commencement ceremony you will receive your diploma cover (for those not participating in Commencement Convocation, diploma covers will be mailed to you upon request).

Distribution of Diploma Inserts

· Diplomas Inserts of December graduates were mailed in early January.

· Diplomas Inserts of March graduates will be mailed by April 14, 2008.

· Diplomas Inserts of May graduates will be mailed by June 9, 2008.

· Diplomas Inserts of August graduates will be mailed by September 8, 2008.

NOTE: Students must be in good financial standing to participate in the Commencement Ceremony and to receive the diploma insert.

Availability of Official Transcripts

As the spring term ends, the following date have been set for availability of official transcripts.

For traditional undergraduate, A.A.B.A. and graduate semester students:
· Final grades are available on MyBenU as the grades are posted.
· Transcripts, which include Spring 2008 coursework, will be available (from Ben Central x6500) as the final grades are posted.

For adult format undergraduate and graduate quarter students:
· Transcripts, which include Spring 2008 coursework, will be available (from Ben Central x6550) as the final grades are posted.

NOTE: Student must be in good financial standing to receive transcripts.
