Senior Awards

Nomination forms are available to faculty via electronic mail when announced, early in March. Members of the faculty nominate students for senior awards. The student must be a December '07 graduate or a May '08 graduate. If a student is nominated, he/she should note the following guidelines:

1.
A faculty member indicates to a student the intention to nominate him/her for a particular award.
2.
The student is responsible for obtaining an application for that award. Applications are available from the faculty member and forms are on email. All applications must be typed.
3.
Letters of support from nominating faculty body are desirable.
4.
When the application has been completed, the faculty member must sign the application.
5.
Award applications should be turned in to Sharon Jones in Schol Hall, room 228.
6.
Although students may be nominated for more than one award, an individual may receive only one award. There is no guarantee that all awards will be made in any given year.
7.
All nomination forms are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2008.
