Payment Plans
Benedictine offers payment plans through Sallie Mae's TuitionPay. The best plans for nursing students are the semester based plans. You can set them up for one semester at a time or annually (Fall and Spring). Summer is a separate plan. You will have to know how many credit hours you will be registered for within a semester and what the total tuition rate will be when you set up the plan either online at www.tuitionpayenroll.com/ben or with a TuitionPay consultant at (800) 635-0120. Students will be sent a monthly billing statement from TuitionPay that indicates when payment is due. Students will also receive monthly statements from Benedictine until the semester tuition is paid in full through Sallie Mae.
Employer Tuition Reimbursement
For a fee of $30, students can arrange with Sallie Mae's TuitionPay, a single tuition payment plan due at the end of the term (plus a grace period) with proper documentation from their employer. Documentation of your employer's reimbursement policy must be submitted to the Student Accounts Office of Benedictine University prior to enrolling in this plan. An updated copy of the policy must be submitted every Fall term thereafter. Students may fax their employer’s policy to Student Accounts at (630) 829-6501. Once Student Accounts has received this information, students will be sent a letter from the Student Accounts Office instructing them on how to continue with the set up for the employer reimbursement plan. Please note that tuition is due in full according to the deferred due date specified by TuitionPay regardless of when individual employers reimburse their employees.
