An optional suggestion for students needing 18 hours of upper level baccalaureate courses:
- Take 2 Excelsior tests = 16 hours

Course suggested on our checksheet include NURX 310 (Adult Nursing
554), NURX 315 (Nursing Baccalaureate 457) & NURX 320 (Health
Nursing 503)
- NRHL 395 Nursing Elective (independent study 1-4 credit hours) syllabi.
In order to sign up for this independent study course, you need to consult with Dr. Ragland first to have
her approve the number of hours you will need and then make sure that you register for the course.
Please note that students must ADD and DROP courses though the
Nursing Department and not independently online. Some courses
are not open to cohort students and there are tuition details that
may be missed if not initiated through the department. If you have
any questions, please contact the department first.
