Andrea Frale Klouda is a registered and licensed dietitian with over twelve years of experience in clinical nutrition, management, consulting, and teaching. She started her professional career as a clinician at Mount Sinai Hospital and then moved to management at Rush Copley Hospital in Aurora working for Sodexho, USA. While at Rush Copley she was nominated for Outstanding Clinical Nutrition Manger for the Midwestern Region. In preparation for this, she obtained her Certified Clinical Nutritionist (C.C.N.) classification from the International Association of Clinical Nutritionist by taking doctorate level nutrition courses and passing the professional certification examination. She has a nutrition consulting practice with emphasis on complementary therapies.
Andrea is actively involved in the dietetics profession at both the state and district level. She was elected Nominating Chair for the Illinois Dietetic Association (IDA) in 2005-2006 and served as President of the West Suburban Dietetic Association (WSDA) in 2001-2002.
