Professional Biography:
Ms. Beth Mattson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics Education from Purdue University and her Master of
Public Health with an emphasis in Nutrition from The University of North Carolina. She is also certified as a Lactation Counselor.
She has worked for the WIC program for over
six years and is also currently working as a private consultant providing nutrition therapy and evaluations for the Illinois Early Intervention
Program. Her career focus has always been in pediatrics and maternal health.

In her private life, Ms. Beth Mattson is a three time award winner in local baking contests and has a passion for cooking and eating well.
