Dietetic Internship:
Fees and Tuition

The university fees and tuition are posted online at: http://www.ben.edu/admissions/tuition_fees.asp.

We strongly encourage you to apply for scholarships, low-interest bank loans, and grant money from the government, corporations, community or civic groups, philanthropic and religious organization. Click on the "Scholarships and Cost" link to the left for more information.

  1. There is a required reference list for the Dietetic Internship. Costs vary based on how many of the books the students purchase during their undergraduate studies.
  2. Meal packages can be purchased through Marriott foodservice on campus. Some practice site facilities do give interns a free lunch (variable).
  3. Contact an Apartment Finders organization (e.g., Relcon at 630/355-1100). Fully furnished on-campus apartment living (12-month lease) is available for students in Founders' Woods. For more information, visit the Founders' Woods Apartment Page in the Residence Life section of our web site.
  4. Interns must provide proof of medical insurance coverage throughout the Program, as well as a physician statement of health status, MMR vaccine, 2-step TB, and Hepatitis B vaccine.
  5. Fingerprinting and police clearance will be required prior to the start of the internship and perhaps the research thesis if the work involves children.
