Activities associated with teaching evening or weekend courses for the
undergraduate Didactic Program in Dietetics or graduate Master
of Science in Nutrition and Wellness program.

Because we maintain curriculum vita on file for at least two years, applicants
are encouraged to include a listing of all courses of interest.
We
are interested in offering unique graduate level courses related to nutrition
and health promotion. We are interested in developing innovative wellness education
and sports nutrition internships for our graduate students. If you have a
course concept to propose, or are interested in serving as an affiliated site,
please contact Catherine Arnold at carnold@ben.edu.
Qualifications:
Registered dietitian and master degree required minimum for all teaching
positions in the department at our university. Teaching experience strongly preferred.
For internship preceptors, practice experience in area to be taught required.
