Duties:
Activities associated with teaching evening or weekend courses for the undergraduate Didactic Program in Dietetics or new graduate Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness program.

  • Sports Nutrition Courses and Internships

We are interested in offering unique graduate level courses related to nutrition and health promotion. We are interested in developing innovative wellness education and sports nutrition internships for our graduate students. Qualifications:
Master degree registered dietitian or PhD in nutrition required; teaching experience preferred; practice experience in area to be taught.
