M.P.H. Community Nutrition Concentration:
Curriculum Outline

The Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) program requires a minimum of 66 quarter-hour credits and has major components.

  • Option 1:
    1. A Public Health core of 36 hours.
    2. Concentration coursework of 24 hours.
    3. A public health internship (MPH 690)of 6 hours.


  • Option 2:
    1. A Public Health core of 32 hours.
    2. Concentration coursework of 30 hours.
    3. An accreditated Dietetic Internship (NTR 689) of 10 hours.
