"Your days are short here;
this is the last of your springs.
And now in the serenity and
quiet of this lovely place,
touch the depths of truth,
feel the hem of Heaven. You
will go away with old, good
friends. And don't forget when
you leave, why you came."

Surveys

If you are a recent graduate of Benedictine University (approximately 3 months after graduation), you will likely be contacted by the Career Development Center. We encourage you to complete the online or paper version of their alumni survey soliciting information about academic services and program quality.

Graduates of the nutrition program are asked to solicit feedback from employers/directors following graduation. This is not a performance evaluation for your job, rather this assessment provides us feedback for potential program improvement. Please assist us in our continuous quality student learning assessment and improvement efforts by using the appropriate form linked below. For your convenience, it is already prepared for a return mailing following completion by your supervisor/director. Thank you!

  1. Evaluation of DPD knowledge and skills following completion of undergraduate nutrition program - to be completed by employer or dietetic internship director after 6-9 months at that workplace.
  2. Evaluation of practice-based knowledge and skills following completion of a dietetic internship program - to be completed by employer after 6-9 months at that workplace.
  3. Evaluation of graduate level applied knowledge and skills following completion of MSNW program - to be completed by employer after about 9 months at that workplace. Could be completed in conjunction with survey #2. Development is in process for administration in 2007-2008 (first graduate was December 2006).

Beginning 2007, each graduate of the program is also asked to complete a self-assessment using the same form just prior to graduation from the program.

Do you want to know the results of the Program surveys? Read the response summaries online by clicking on the Outcomes link for each individual academic Program.
