Missing or Empty Files and the Internet Explorer Information Bar
Blackboard users occasionally report that when they try to
view files posted on course pages, it appears the files are missing
or empty. Often this is because the user has overlooked the Internet
Explorer Information Bar. This document explains how to access
files that have been blocked by the Infomation Bar.

Use the online form at http://www.ben.edu/BbCourseRequest
to request that a WebCT course be set up and students enrolled.
Enrolling
students into your Blackboard Course
A few days before the course begins students will be enrolled
Blackboard based on Peoplesoft records. Subsequent Adds and Drops
are done manually.

Introduction
to Blackboard (1.3 MB)
Prerequisite: None
This tutorial assumes no previous knowledge of WebCT. Topics include
an overview of the Blackboard interface, a comparison of Designer/Instructor
roles, and a discussion of Course/Section levels. Participants
will build a WebCT course that includes a syllabus, a threaded
discussion, links to remote websites and a grade book.
