The BAM degree program challenges the adult
learner to develop knowledge, skills and personal values
through a well-planned, sequenced curriculum. This curriculum
integrates increasingly advanced cognitive skills, awareness
of self and of others, individual creativity, respect for
the liberal arts, ethical practices and technology as life-long
learning tools. Many students in the BAM program continue
on to obtain their MBA degree.
The instructors in the BAM courses provide extensive real
world education for real world application. Our instructors
focus on providing theory coupled with practical applications
that students can put to use immediately.
Instructional methods include lectures, seminars, workshop
activities, simulations and business case studies. Each
class forms study groups to assist in the learning process.
- The BAM program operates on the learning team model.
All students in the learning team start the program at
the same time. All students take each course in the curriculum
in sequence; this eliminates the need for students to
scramble for required courses. Most of the courses are
completed in five weeks with class meetings one night
per week for four hours.
