Community Outreach
The Institute of Intergenerational Health promotes both the professional and consumer orientated health related activities of Benedictine University. Nutrition counseling, group education, booths at career fairs, community assessment, and internship affiliations, are some of the services provided by the Health Programs of Benedictine University. Listings on the Calendar of Events include professional lectures, continuing education events for professionals, community based fairs, food drives, and runs/walks for charity. Students are encouraged to earn work experience and contribute to their profession through volunteer services. |
