Department of Communication Arts
Welcome to the department of communication arts. A department comprised of three full-time faculty and several adjunct faculty. Offering professional expertise, communication arts' professors bring real-world experience to the classroom. Classes are simulated to seem like real office situations working under real deadlines with real clients. Students learn how to complete a project from start to finish.
When you major in communication arts, are exposed to radio, television, layout and design, sports broadcasting, web design, fine art and studio art. Students can also write or edit for The Candor, the award winning weekly student publication. Or participate in various Eye of the Eagle broadcasts.
