The Scholars Council is an advisory body to the Scholars Director. It is composed of students and faculty. Meetings of the Council are convened by the Director, usually once per month during the Fall and Spring semesters.

Each Scholars class elects a Representative to the Scholars Council as well as an Alternate. Either the Representative or Alternate is asked to attend every Council meeting; both are always welcome.

Minutes of Scholars Council meetings are taken by the Scholars Assistant and reviewed by the Scholars Director before publication on the faculty network.
