Medical Information
In the event of a minor health issue, students will be taken to
Edward’s Hospital Immediate Care Facility, located at 130
Weber Road, in Bolingbrook. The Immediate Care Facility is open
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 11:00 pm and on Saturday &
Sunday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The phone number is 630-646-5770. In
the event of a major health issue, students will be taken to Edward’s
Hospital located at 801 S Washington Street in Naperville. The
hospital may be reached by phone at 630-527-3000.
Participants can logn in to Blackboard (WebCT) to find the required
health/waver foms.
