To respond to the need for more affordable education and to honor Benedictine’s commitment to creating values-based business leaders, our School of Graduate, Adult and Professional Education (formerly known as the National Moser Center for Adult Learning) has designed its hybrid cohort M.B.A. program for experienced business professionals in underserved populations in the Central Illinois and Southwest Arizona regions for just $290 per credit hour (as low as an estimated $15,000)* – an unprecedented higher education pricing strategy. The program is offered in a hybrid cohort format, where cohorts are completed in approximately 18 months with blended classes meeting one evening per week.
Please note: For M.B.A. Virtual Information Sessions, phone and internet connections are required. Login information will be forwarded upon RSVP with instructions to join the online meeting.
Experienced business professionals who enroll in the 18-month, $15,000 M.B.A.* program will receive the same high quality program and follow the same curriculum that is offered at the University's main campus in Lisle, Illinois, but in an updated hybrid cohort format featuring Next Generation Learning.
Next Generation Learning is creating a disruptive change in the traditional approach to teaching/lecturing. At the core of this approach is problem-based learning – encouraging students to work on "real-life" problems and issues – infused with Benedictine character, ethics and values. The coursework is collaborative, group-based and utilizes highly interactive technology that allows for 24/7 remote learning, which increases student engagement.
These seemingly opposing forces (independent digital learning and collaborative engaging technology), operate in concert with each other to facilitate critical-thinking and problem-solving.
