senior management is forced to look closer at cost and profitability. This program is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in these exciting and challenging fields.

Project Management - The Project Management program will teach you how to lead organizational initiatives and understand organizational behavior as it relates to the individual. You will also learn effective team building strategies, conflict management and resolution, and acquire the skills needed to effectively manage the financial side of projects.

Quality Management - The Quality Management (QM) program provides students with the
skills necessary for a successful career as a Quality Manager. Students will learn and understand management theory, communication, projects, quality systems and models. The curriculum contains topics on leadership, strategy development, quality management tools, supplier performance, six levels of cognition, managing quality organizations, training and development as they relate to organizational needs.

Quality Auditor - The Quality Auditor program will help you learn how to successfully plan and conduct quality audits, and report on their results. You will discover proven solutions for the challenges faced by every quality auditor. You will learn the step-by-step methods, tools, matrices and forms that streamline the audit process. You will also acquire the communications skills, questioning, listening and observation techniques that are essential to successful auditing.
