This fun, informative and empowering class will teach you the basics of the voiceover industry
to help you decide if it is something you would like to pursue. We will discuss the many
different types of voiceovers and what it takes to get started as a voice actor. Your voice will
be recorded as you read from real scripts so you can receive a professional voice evaluation.
This two-hour introductory workshop will teach you what it takes to become a part of this fun
and exciting industry.
You will learn:
• How big the voiceover industry is and why it is growing
• Current trends in the industry that make it easy to get started
• Why you don't need to live near a major city to be successful
• What continuing education and tools are needed to pursue this career
