Project 2002 Professional


Product Information

Project 2002 Professional is the world's leading project management program. Microsoft Project helps you to manage schedules and resources, collaborate on projects, communicate project status, and analyze and report project information quickly and efficiently. With more intuitive tools and built-in project management assistance, you'll get productive quickly — even novices can start project planning and reporting immediately. Microsoft Project has the fundamental project management features that you need to stay informed, so projects stay on track and within budget.

System Requirements

  • PC with a Pentium 133 MHz or higher processor
  • Windows 98 or later or Windows NT® 4.0 with Service Pack 6.0 or later
  • 48 MB of additional RAM beyond your operating system requirements; 256 MB of RAM on Windows XP Professional
  • 105 MB of available hard-disk space for typical installation
Software Installation

IMPORTANT: We strongly recommend closing all open applications and windows and disabling background applications before installing any of the software.

  1. Insert the Project 2002 disk in the CD-ROM drive. Double-click SETUP.EXE in the CD-ROM directory, \PROJECT2002.
  2. Follow the instructions given by the Microsoft Project Professional 2002 Setup Wizard.

    PRODUCT ACTIVATION: Project requires a unique product key for each machine so each student who checks out Project should receive his or her own product key.
