The department of Chemistry offers programs that are accredited by the American
Chemical Society. Modern instruments combined with computer interfacing for
data acquisition, processing and control, provide students with a broad base
of knowledge associated with a liberal education that will prove valuable in
your future career development. You will gain experience from a research project
in a scientific or clinical laboratory, becoming involved in a project that
results in your thesis.
