Responsibilities: Essential
Job Functions: - Prepare and process Center for Corporate Training enrollment/registration
transactions. - Ensure accurate enrollment/registration and payment status
for individual, company billable and grant funded participants. - Assist
Grants and Customer Service Assistant with reporting requirements related
to training grants. - Process course surveys using Survey Tracker software,
prepare and disperse summary reports to training coordinators, instructors,
and corporate clients. - Assist program coordinators with quarterly course
build process. - Serve as Receptionist for Shah Center programs as needed.
- Provide information on MCC/Shah Center programs to Shah Center visitors.
- Maintain Shah Center programs master course ID records. - Assist with
preparation of course and event materials for open enrollment training,
customized contract training, traffic safety training, Center for Nonprofit
Leadership and Family Violence Coordinating Council. - Assist in preparation
of Shah Center facility for training activities and outside rentals. -
Provide beverage service for the Shah Center as required for training
activities and outside rentals. Assist with catering arrangements as needed.
- Light typing, filing, assembly and posting of mailings. - Record and
distribute telephone messages. - Additional duties as assigned by immediate
supervisor. Work Week: 25 hours (usually 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM); flexible
scheduling may be required.
