Equity Process Administrator
Responsibilities: Scope
of Responsibilities/Expectations: Responsible for extensive administrative
duties supporting all equity (stock option and restricted stock) grant
and post-grant administration processes, including but not limited to:
· Grant process: As directed, maintain the equity granting and
database software application (SOSi); process (monthly) equity grants;
reconcile (weekly) file feeds from SOSi to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney,
including error correction; provide periodic and ad hoc reports; and maintain
grant files in accordance with SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) procedure. ·
Post-grant administration: As directed, pick up and review daily transaction
reports from third party administrator for accuracy; provide management
with report review outcome and recommended action. Perform daily cash
balance activities and update cash activity in transaction file. Run and
provide basic transaction reports from third party administrator system,
as required. Assist with plan set up for administrative provisions with
third party administrator. · General: Perform problem investigation
and resolution related to a variety of areas, such as employee data, systems
coding, account balances, etc. Provide advanced customer service via phone
or email to internal clients, such as awardees, human resources, legal,
tax, accounting, etc. Attend weekly meetings with third party administrator.
Assist with other departmental duties as required. $20/hr

Responsibilities: The right candidate will be learning skills to assist
in your future employment opportunities in Business. You will be learning
skills in the following areas: Grant research and development, community
outreach, basic accounting and database management. We are looking for
someone to work 3 days a week (18 hours per week). This is an unpaid internship.
This internship will be immediately and end May 2010.
Qualifications: You must be obtaining a Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
from a four year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing
or Business Development. You must be in your junior or senior year.
