staff editors and/ or a small team of freelancers throughout the development
process. Ensures the component is completed on time, on budget, in alignment
with original product vision and meets high standards of quality.
Experience: Graduate or undergraduate degree required, with a focus
on Reading subject area strongly preferred. Knowledge of education methodologies
and instructional design required. Must be proficient user of computers
and software programs, including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Teaching
experience at elementary and/or in the Reading subject areas strongly
preferred.

Bilingual elementary teaching experience and/or teaching experience in
the ESL/ELL subject areas preferred at all levels. All editors must be

portions of the site, modifying as needed and identifying the needs of
USATF departments in the area. Oversee Internet Publishing Coordinator

with www.usatf.org. Ensure that the site complies with all relevant standards
and laws, including primary laws. Ensure security of the site, including
e-commerce. In conjunction with Internet Publishing Coordinator, provide

Qualifications: Experience and demonstrated proficiency in hand-coding
HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as using various Microsoft Web and Office

applications in C#, including applications that assess database and XML
