Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Experience with Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge database application preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills required combined with a strong ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively. Strong interpersonal skills required; resourceful with excellent oral and written communication skills required. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Valid driver’s license required for Illinois residents within 90 days of hire; valid out-of-state license required for out-of-state residents. Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.
