Welcome to Benedictine University's Career Development Center! We assist students and alumni by providing opportunities and resources to encourage career exploration.

Mission Statement for Career Development
The Career Development Office offers comprehensive services to assist students and alumni in developing, implementing and evaluating career and life plans. Our goal is to promote personal and professional development by utilizing a holistic approach to achieve their career goals, provide them with a foundation to become self-directed learners, and educate them through the career planning process.

This mission will be accomplished through collaboration with students, alumni, faculty and employers and a commitment to empowering students and alumni to be active participants in their own career development process.
