Verification
The federal verification process is a quality control measure
that requires students to submit proof of the data supplied on
the FAFSA. About one third of all FAFSA records will be selected
for verification by the federal processor.
The Financial Aid Office will advise students who have been selected
for verification and request the documents needed to complete
the very process.
Typically, students will be asked to submit:
Once all documents are received, the information will be reviewed
to the results of your processed FAFSA. Your financial aid package
cannot be determined until the verification process has been completed.
