The Health Service can provide you with a copy of your immunization records. All information is on the computer but paper copies which you may have summitted during your attendance at Benedicitne Univesity are destroyed after 10 years. We suggest that you stop by our office and obtain a copy of your records before graduation or if you are planning to transfer to another school.

Although the Health Service is closed from May 15th - August 15th the staff does come into the office periodically during this time. Please take this into consideration when requesting records and allow for adequate time for our staff to meet your request.
