Physical Dimension of Wellness: Nutrition



Nutrition:

Administered out of the Nutrition Department of the College of Education and Health Services, the Healthy Table Nutrition Education Center offers health screenings, computerized analysis with personalized interpretation of dietary intake, and individualized nutrition counseling to all members of the Benedictine community free of charge. Individualized services are available by appointment only; please call extension 6518 for more information.The Center is located in Birck Hall of Science, room 230.

In the fall, the Nutrition Department hosts a Community Nutrition Fair at Villa St. Benedict. All members of the Benedictine community are invited, as well as those from the public.
