Tim Goodly

Timothy W. Goodly Ph.D., is a prominent expert in the field of Organizational Development and Human Resources. Goodly is the former senior vice president of human resources for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.) and has served as lead HR executive for TBS, TNT, TCM, Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Adult Swim and CNN Worldwide. He is experienced in designing and leading strategic human capital and organizational development efforts that increase employee engagement, heighten productivity and retain key talent. He has advised and counseled division presidents and senior executives on all areas of HR to include planning and strategy development and divisional and local learning efforts.
