Exploring a Career Path

The Career Development Office assists students in discovering their skills and interests an important thing to possess when selecting a major. A variety of tools and inventories are available free of charge to students and alumni. Students can also receive information on majors at Benedictine University at Springfield.

The Career Development Office offers the following services:
•    Guidance with choosing a major or career path
•    Assistance with identifying careers within a particular major
•    Job search counseling
•    Career Assessment

FOCUS - This online inventory addresses strengths, needs and preferences. Students may also utilize the interactive career analysis and personal career toolbox. Please contact the Career Development Office for instructions to the assessment and to schedule time to meet to discuss results.
