Students who wish to make a change in their housing assignment for the spring semester, or who want to officially cancel their housing for Spring 2019, must do so by completing the form below.
Students who are cancelling housing must also sign up for a check-out time in Krasa 175, and are expected to leave campus no later than 5:00PM on Friday, December 14. Spring housing will officially be cancelled once the student has completed a move-out inspection and returned the key(s) to a Resident Assistant or member of the Residence Life staff. Failure to observe this process will result in an Improper Checkout fee of $150.
Those students who are seeking a modification in their housing assignment and submit the form below will be contacted with available options. Please complete this form even if you have already contacted an RA or member of staff about your desire to move, change roommates, etc. Moves may be conducted upon students’ return to campus on January 13. Only students who are registered for the spring semester will be allowed to complete a move. No changes will be made prior to January 13.
