The State of Illinois College/University Immunization Law (77 Ill. Adm. Code 694) requires all college students born after 1956 to submit immunization information unless you have a medical or religious exemption. If you do not submit documentation showing your immunizations, the college is required to place you on medical hold which may delay your registration for a second term.

Undergraduate students do not pay a fee to see the nurse or physician in Student Health Services. However, there is a fee if a student requires antibiotic treatment or vaccination.
Graduate students are allowed one free nurse visit and one free follow-up physician visit. After the first visit, a $20 fee is required.
