Mission and Purpose:

The mission of the Benedictine University Catholic Peace and Social Justice Committee is educating ourselves and others in the Catholic principles of peace and social justice. We bring awareness to today's important, but often overlooked, issues--both local and global: hunger, poverty, discrimination, human rights, care for Creation and violence.
