I understand that by participating in this service trip, I agree to follow the “Student Statement of Rights and Responsibilities” found in the Benedictine University Academic Planner and Student Handbook. I will not engage in any behavior that goes against the values of Benedictine University. Furthermore, I understand that my photograph may be taken on this service trip. I agree to allow Benedictine University and University Ministry to use my image/likeness in the promotion of future service and mission trips. Finally, I understand that in order to complete this application, I must submit a non-refundable deposit to University Ministry, and if I am selected to attend the trip but later decide not to attend, my deposit will not be returned.
