Student Life enhances the development of students as lifelong learners and leaders by supporting them throughout the progression of their academic careers.

Spiritual and Cultural Student Organizations and Clubs

Association of Latino American Students-Our mission is to maintain a support network for the Hispanic/Latino community at Benedictine University as well as to make constant efforts to increase the environment of tolerance and diversity at Benedictine University through cultural, educational, and social activities.

Benedictine University Unity Foundation (BUUF)- Our mission is to take an active role in promoting cultural awareness through events and community service projects.

Black Student Union- Our mission is to promote the development of cultural enrichment through education and activities that reflect the diverse interests of the student body at Benedictine University with a special focus on black cultures.

Campus Crusade for Christ- Our mission is to share our faith so that every student on campus can: hear the gospel in an attractive, meaningful manner; offer a place where Christian students can connect with other Christians and grow in their faith, equip students to walk with God for a lifetime; and have an impact for Christ on the campus and in the world.

China Ben- Our mission is to assist Chinese students and promote Chinese culture on the Benedictine Campus.

Daughters of Isabella- Our mission, under the Order of the Daughters of Isabella, is to be a charitable organization of Catholic women founded on the principles of the motto " Unity, Friendship, Charity". We come together as a sisterhood to uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church, bringing spiritual benefits to our members and contribute to the common good of humanity.

Gay Lesbian or Whatever- Our mission is to serve as representatives for Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, Bisexual, and straight alliance students. Our organization seeks to educate Benedictine on LGBTQA issues and rights. GLOW works to create a state and comfortable environment for LGBTA students.

Gospel Choir- Our mission is to praise and worship the Lord while ministering to all through song and service.

Hindu Student Association (HSA)- Our mission is to increase awareness of the Hindu religion and culture and to maintain and strengthen ties with Hindu communities both within and outside the Benedictine Community.

International Club- Our mission is to promote diversity and inform students of other cultures, religions and nationalities.

Knights of Columbus- Our mission is to help Catholic men retain steadfast in their faith through mutual encouragement; to promote closer ties of fraternity among them; and to set up an elementary system of insurance so that the widows and children of members in the group who might die would not find themselves in dire financial straits.

Muslim Student Association (MSA)- Our mission is to provide education on Islam through peace and unity on the Benedictine University campus.

Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP)- Our mission is to increase awareness of the humanitarian crisis in Palestine against the Palestinian people.

Students for Life- Our mission is to uphold the sanctity of human life from conception to natural death by educating ourselves and the public about pro-life issues, to foster a spiritual and prayerful attitude toward the sanctity of human life and to encourage others to make decisions that promote the sanctity of human life.
