Strong Abs

This class will be a combination of Pilates moves and intense core exercises. Large Physio Balls, medicine balls, bands, weights, and benches will all be used to give you an even better core work-out. Do you want a flatter tummy with definition? Do you need a stronger, more flexible back? This class is for you!

    Please not that classes will not be held on the following days:

  • March 8th -12th for Spring Break
  • April 2nd to 5th for Easter Break

NON-BU participants may pay $10 for a single class, $75 for a 10 class punch card, or $100 for a 20 class punch card. These cards may be purchased and used in any of the Benedictine group fitness classes.
