The B.A. degree completion program in Organizational Leadership is designed for students interested in the behavioral perspectives of organization and management, emphasizing managing and leading people rather than product. It is designed for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of the cultural and personal dynamics present in today’s organizations. Courses are offered in both blended and fully online formats.
Courses are blended and meet one weeknight from 6:00-10:00 p.m. In addition to the weekly classroom session, students complete an asynchronous four-hour session online through Desire2Learn (D2L). All courses are based on adult learning principles.
Minimum 36 transferable credit hours, Cumulative GPA 2.0 / 4.0 from any college level coursework, 22 years of age or older, two years of work experience.
